Yin Yoga for Inner Balance

This is an open level yin yoga class.  An accessible practise that is slower paced and holds asanas for longer periods of time.  We aim to balance the yin and yang energies within the body by working with the chakras, to create a sense of inner harmony and peace.  Learn how to practise focus, presence and body awareness while exploring alignment and deep breathing.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for stretching and ease of movement.  All equipment is supplied however feel free to bring your own mat and block.
