Yin Yoga for High Performance Athletes

This is an open level yin yoga class. An accessible practise that is slower paced and holds asanas for longer periods of time to improve your flexibility, maintain suppleness and boost your performance. Learn how to practise focus, presence and body awareness while exploring alignment and deep breathing.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for stretching and ease of movement. All equipment is supplied however feel free to bring your own mat and block.
