This is an open level, beginner friendly yoga class, designed specifically to help you destress holistically. By combining gentle mindful movement with stress relieving vinyasa flows, we naturally release tension from the body, decompress the mind and connect with our spirit for a more intentionally focused and peaceful day.
All equipment is supplied, however, feel free to bring your own mat.
