Breathe, Stretch, Relax Yoga & Meditation

This is an open level, beginner friendly yoga class, designed specifically to help you create nourishing space within and allow mind, body, spirit alignment. By combining gentle mindful movement with stretching vinyasa flows, we naturally release tension from the body, decompress the mind and connect with our spirit for a relaxed and peaceful day.

All equipment is supplied, however, feel free to bring your own mat.
