Yoga Flow (4 week block)

This is an open level, 4 week yoga course, designed to help you destress holistically. By combining mindful movement with fun vinyasa flows we naturally strengthen the body,  decompress the mind and connect with our spirit for a more intentionally focused and peaceful day.

All equipment is supplied, however, feel free to bring your own mat.
