Arise & Energise Yoga (4 week block)

This is an open level, 4 week yoga course, designed to awaken the body, mind and spirit by combining mindful and energizing flows with a stimulating visualisation meditation for a more connected, energetic and peaceful day.
All equipment is supplied however feel free to bring your own mat and block.
