Begin your journey with a Mindful Nature Walk, easing into presence with the sights, sounds, and sensations of the woodland. Flow into movement with a ‘Yoga Forest Flow’ Class followed by a Guided Woodland Meditation—all led by Nuala, our experienced Mindfulness & Wellbeing Coach.
After a nourishing lunch, our expert Ecologist will guide you on a fascinating Biodiversity Walk & Talk through this Special Area of Conservation. Discover the rich diversity of habitats, both on land and in water, that make this place so unique. Learn how small, mindful actions can contribute to the wellbeing of our planet.
