Immerse your Being in the Great Outdoors with this accessible outdoor practice, which includes asanas specifically designed to help you align your mind, body and spirit, while being in harmony with nature. Boost your health and wellbeing with fresh air, in an expansive space to simply BE without any gadgets or to do lists. Find a better connection with your true Self.
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for outdoors that also allows for stretching and freedom of movement.
All equipment is supplied however feel free to bring your own mat and block. Tea/Coffee and a snack are included.
Yoga Forest Flow is available on Saturdays (10am-12.30pm) and Tuesdays (2pm-5pm). Special private sessions can be booked by emailing Nuala at [email protected].
