2 PM: Yin Yoga Practice
- Ease the flow of life with a calming yin flow session focused on heart-opening poses to gently release tension and emotional blocks.
3 PM : Sound Meditation
- Relax in comfort and experience a sound bath with crystal bowls tuned to the heart chakra, gentle chimes, and soothing drumbeats. Allow the vibrations to nurture deep relaxation and open your heart to renewal in a way words can’t.
4 PM : Herbal Tea & Oracle Card Reflection
- Enjoy a herbal tea blend. Draw from a set of oracle cards for personal insight and inspiration. Set a heart centred intention for the spring season.
