Beginners Yoga (4 week block)

This is a beginners level, 4 week yoga course. An accessible practise that is perfect for beginners or for those looking for a slow and mindful ‘back to basics’ class. Learn how to practise focus, presence and body awareness while exploring alignment and deep breathing. Each class builds on the last for a strong foundation to improve your strength and flexibility holistically.

All equipment is supplied however feel free to bring your own mat and block.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for stretching and ease of movement.
